Tracy Bacon
I am an integrative counsellor which means I am able to use different counselling approaches according to your needs. My core style is person centred, but I am able to use CBT and psychodynamic approach where appropriate.
My style of counselling is to work collaboratively, using encouragement, gentle challenging, with a strong sense of respect and autonomy. I believe we all have the ability to find the answers for ourselves; sometimes we just need a little help getting there.
My background
I feel very passionate about my work as a counsellor and I find it very rewarding to see other people develop their own strengths and resources.

Having experienced a complete transformation in myself I couldn’t think of anything more amazing than to helping others to experience this change.
