I am an integrative counsellor which means I am able to use different counselling approaches according to your needs. My core style is person centred, but I am able to use CBT and psychodynamic approach where appropriate.
My style of counselling is to work collaboratively, using encouragement, gentle challenging, with a strong sense of respect and autonomy. I believe we all have the ability to find the answers for ourselves; sometimes we just need a little help getting there.
I feel very passionate about my work as a counsellor. My journey started with my own amazing experience of counselling which completely changed my life. Counselling has helped me to grow in confidence and self-belief and also to have a healthier and happier relationships with others.
I find it very rewarding to see other people develop their own strengths and resources.
