About me

Counsellor Tracy Bacon

Tracy Bacon

I am an integrative counsellor which means I am able to use different counselling approaches according to your needs. My core style is person centred, but I am able to use CBT and psychodynamic approach where appropriate.

My style of counselling is to work collaboratively, using encouragement, gentle challenging, with a strong sense of respect and autonomy. I believe we all have the ability to find the answers for ourselves; sometimes we just need a little help getting there.

I feel very passionate about my work as a counsellor and I find it very rewarding to see other people develop their own strengths and resources.

My journey started with my own amazing experience of counselling which completely changed my life. Counselling has helped me to grow in confidence and self-belief and also to have a healthier and happier relationships with others.

Having experienced a complete transformation in myself I couldn’t think of anything more amazing than to helping others to experience this change.

I find the most common relationship issues are communication and attachment issues.
